Mrs. Hilal's Students

This is the empty classroom where Mrs. Hilal Köşkeroğlu would like to form a library and a multipurpose activity/hobby/media room for her Romani students…

BTF recently received a request letter from Mrs. Hilal Köşkeroğlu – Assistant Principal of Kırklareli/Babaeski – Gazi Osman Paşa Elementary School.  Hilal Teacher asked our support to create a multifunctional activity and hobby room for the school that will benefit all ages, and will be used for students’ creative enrichment activities.  The school serves lower income families, which 50% are at the poverty level registered by Babaeski County.

Our dream at BTF is to provide better educational opportunities for under-served students in Turkey.  As Portland Giving Circle, we would like to give Mrs. Hilal Köşkeroğlu’s students a better future.  Please consider contributing to our efforts by donating through our secure donation link. Any donation, no matter how small will help.   Thank You!

About

Bridge to Türkiye Fund (BTF) was established in 2003 by community minded Turkish Americans (Turks4Good) driven to make a difference, to improve life and to cultivate social change for the common good. Our circle of compassion promotes respect and fellowship for humankind in the communities we serve. Turks4Good commitment to these ideals stems from our basic desire to give back to our native land for the many opportunities we have gained from her. We invite you to also contribute to the welfare of less fortunate children in Turkey.
