Bridge to Türkiye Fund (BTF) San Diego Giving Circle brought its community together for its Third Wine Night, an evening of live music, dancing, and giving back. With 65 tickets sold, the event raised $8,370 through ticket sales, donations, and matching contributions to fund scholarships for students in Türkiye.
The evening’s success was made possible by the generosity of attendees, sponsors, and volunteers who contributed their time and resources. From preparing food and decorating the venue to serving wine and cleaning up afterward, community members came together to make the celebration possible.
For Esen Baydar, one of the organizers, that sense of community was the highlight of the night.
“Seeing the support not only during but also both before and after the event meant the world to me. Of course the dancing and live music did not hurt either!”

“I hope people take away how important it is to have moments like this as a community and how coming together like this can truly change someone’s life.”
