We are thrilled to share some exciting news! Feyza’s Kitchen Coastal Aegean Cuisine and Barista Courses have started in BTF’s Gastronomy Academy at Ege University. This studio kitchen and barista training classroom academy is the first project realized through the collaboration of international supporters, the university, and local agricultural cooperatives in Türkiye. The aim of this project is to enable young people to acquire a profession through courses and certification programs outside of university.
Additional information: 3 out of 22 students who attended Feyza’s Kitchen and Barista training, which are offered for free, are survivors of the Türkiye earthquake.
In addition, Ege University’s 4th Gastronomy Symposium was held at our academy’s venue. In this symposium, students and instructors from Feyza’s Kitchen training program prepared and showcased a variety of delicious dishes using Aegean herbs. Especially the chocolate was fantastic
